The important thing to remember is that you must focus on those that will be most attracted to your organizations primary goals. After that, its a simple matter of communicating with them on a regular basis. So, how do you do this? Be honest, be interesting, be funny, stand out from the crowd…but first and foremost, be organized from within your own organization. Sit down and think of several reachable goals instead of one gigantic one. You'll see that all of those small achievements add up to stability and success.
